1. A deposit of $100 per person is due one week from the submission of the registration form.
2. Full payment is due by July 12, 2024, for the early bird price, or by August 6, 2024, for the regular price.
3. If I choose the deposit with credit card option, the balance will be automatically charged to the same credit card on July 12, 2024 (early bird) or August 6, 2024 (regular).
4. Refunds must be requested in writing to [email protected] by August 6, 2024, and are subject to a cancellation fee of $100/person. After August 6, 2024, there are no refunds for any reason, including changes to the COVID-19 safety rules.
5. Failure to pay the full balance by August 6, 2024, will result in the forfeiture of all deposits submitted and the loss of your reservation at the camp.
6. Registrations are non-transferable.

At this time, we do not have any COVID-19 restrictions. We do not plan to require proof of a negative test, proof of vaccination, or masking.

However, the rules are subject to change at any time. At a minimum, we will comply with state and local mandates, as well as rules imposed the DoubleTree Sacramento. However, the Director of Nirkoda Ba'Kerem, in his sole discretion, may impose additional requirements at any time. By checking this box, you are agreeing to abide by the COVID-19 rules in place at the time of the event. Failure to comply with any of these rules will result in the participant being denied admission without refund. Participants who cancel because of a change in rules will not receive any refund.

If you test positive for COVID-19, are exposed, or are feeling unwell, please do not come to camp. In this case, the participant is entitled to a full refund, provided s/he provides proof of a positive COVID-19 test result taken no more than 3 days before camp.

General Liability Release of Claims
Nirkoda Ba’Kerem Israeli Dance Camp

By signing this form, I (identified hereafter as the releasing party), for and in consideration of the right to participate in the Nirkoda Ba’Kerem Israeli Dance Camp on September 12-15, 2024, held at the DoubleTree by Hilton, 2001 Point W Way, Sacramento, California, do hereby release and forever discharge Nirkoda (sole proprietorship of Aaron Alpert), of 299 Franklin St., Unit 301, Redwood City, CA 94063; the DoubleTree by Hilton; their officers, agents, and employees; and any and all persons, firms or corporations liable or who might be claimed liable, whether or not herein named, from any and all claims, demands, damages, actions, causes of action or suits of any kind or nature whatsoever, whether known or unknown, fixed or contingent, which I now have or may hereafter have or claim to have, as a result of or in any way relating to my participation in the Nirkoda Ba’Kerem Israeli Dance Camp.

The releasing party acknowledges that participation in the Nirkoda Ba’Kerem Israeli Dance Camp carries certain risks, which include but are not limited to the following: sprains, fractured and broken bones, damaged tendons and ligaments, serious injuries, or death.

I understand that Nirkoda Ba’Kerem Israeli Dance Camp will comply with the guidelines, rules, laws, regulations, and orders of Sacramento County, the State of California, the United States of America, and any other authority having jurisdiction, with regard to the COVID-19, and that despite compliance with such guidelines, there remains a significant risk of contracting COVID-19 at Nirkoda Ba’Kerem. I understand that participants will not be required to provide proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test. I understand that participants are not required to use safety gear, including face coverings and hand sanitizer, and are not required to follow social distancing guidelines. I understand that the COVID-19 safety requirements are at the sole discretion of the director of Nirkoda Ba’Kerem, Aaron Alpert, and are subject to change any time prior to September 12, 2024, and I agree that if I choose to cancel my registration after the August 6, 2024, deadline because of an unwillingness to comply with the COVID-19 requirements, I will forfeit all payments and receive no refund. Any exceptions to the COVID-19 safety requirements must be granted, in writing, by Aaron Alpert. If I refuse to comply with the COVID-19 safety protocols, I will not be admitted to the event, I will leave the event if already there, and I will forfeit all payments and the right to any refund. I also agree that if I attend, I will be free of COVID-19 symptoms (e.g., no coughing or fever), will not have been knowingly exposed in the 5 days prior to the event, and will not have been diagnosed with COVID-19 in the 5 days prior to the event. The director guarantees that if this happens and I provide proof of a positive COVID-19 test, I will be entitled to a full refund. Additionally, I agree to ASSUME ALL RISKS of participating in the programs. I agree to DISCHARGE AND RELEASE (agreeing to make no claim and not to sue) and HOLD HARMLESS Aaron Alpert, the DoubleTree by Hilton Sacramento, their officers, employees, agents, contractors, and volunteers, from any and all liability for injury, disability, or death suffered by me in relation to COVID-19 connected with the event, including any claims relating to the actions, omissions, or negligence of the Aaron Alpert, the DoubleTree by Hilton Sacramento, their officers, employees, agents, contractors, and volunteers.

It is understood and agreed that this Release contains the entire agreement between the parties; and that the terms of this Agreement are contractual and not merely a recital. Furthermore, this Release shall be binding upon the parties, and their respective heirs, executors, administrators, personal representatives, successors, and assigns. This Release shall be subject to and governed by the laws of the State of California.

It is further understood and agreed that all rights under section 1542 of the California Civil Code are hereby waived as to claims which the released party does not know or suspect to exist at the time of executing this Release.

The releasing party gives explicit permission for Nirkoda to use his or her photograph, image, or likeness for any purpose, including promotional materials, without financial compensation.
